Who is Vita?

Vita is your longevity co-pilot. She helps you understand your plan, build meal, training and sleep routines, log your progress and stay on track every day.

A great plan only works if you can live it. That is where Vita comes in.

Vita knows your VitaPrint and your plan, so her help is personal to you. She can build meal plans around your budget and preferences, create training and recovery routines, send you a weekly grocery list, and help you keep track of your supplements and habits.

She is available whenever you need her, including on WhatsApp, so support is always a message away.

Vita is not a doctor and does not give medical advice. Any clinical question goes to Longaevitas Doctors, who remain the doctor-led voice behind your VitaPrint and programmes.

    Yes. Everyone starts by messaging Vita on WhatsApp, and she guides you through signing up. As a member you can ask questions, log meals and supplements, and get your weekly grocery list there, alongside your member dashboard on the website.

    Your VitaPrint Cycle is fully asynchronous, so there is no appointment to book. A doctor analyses your results and prepares your plan, and you can ask a doctor a question at any point. Programme care adds short video calls when you join and at your reviews.
