Practise on Longaevitas Health

Apply to practise on the Longaevitas Health platform as an independent practitioner, delivering doctor-led VitaPrint Analysis and personalised preventative care.

How it works

You practise in your own name

You work as an independent practitioner under your own HPCSA registration and practice number, and you keep full clinical autonomy over every decision you make.

A fixed professional fee per clinical act

You are paid a fixed professional fee for each clinical act you complete, never a share of anything else. Longaevitas Health provides the technology and the administration only.

Remote, in the hours you choose

You set your own working days and hours. Members can only book video intakes and reviews inside those hours, and written work is claimed and completed inside them too.

Written analysis and live consults

VitaPrint Analysis and member questions are written work. Programme intakes and reviews are ten minute video consults, each followed by a ten minute buffer.

What happens next

Our team reviews your registration information and comes back to you by email. If we take your application forward, that email invites you to set up your account and complete your onboarding: credentials and indemnity, the practitioner agreement, banking details, your signature, your laboratory registrations, your meeting link, and two short walkthroughs of the workspace and the video consults. Clinical work only opens once all of that is done.
