What happens if a result shows something concerning?

Your results are worked through by a Longaevitas Doctor. If something needs care beyond the platform, your doctor will recommend the right next step, which may include seeing your own GP, with a referral letter prepared for you.

Your VitaPrint is analysed by Longaevitas Doctors. They look at your system scores, your risks and your biomarkers together, and they write your personalised plan themselves.

If something needs attention beyond what we can do on the platform, your doctor will tell you plainly and recommend the right next step. That is often your own GP, who can examine you in person, and your doctor can prepare a referral letter for you so your results are explained before you arrive. If your doctor sees something that needs urgent care, they will tell you straight away.

One thing to know: for anything urgent right now, contact your nearest emergency service rather than waiting for a reply on the website or WhatsApp.
