Version 1 · Longaevitas Health (Pty) Ltd
1. Who these terms are for
These terms govern the Longaevitas Ambassador Programme. They form a binding agreement between Longaevitas Health (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/413084/07, and you as an ambassador. By registering as an ambassador, or by using an ambassador code issued to you, you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, agency or a joint venture. You may not hold yourself out as an employee, agent or spokesperson of Longaevitas Health, and you may not enter into any commitment on our behalf.
You are responsible for your own tax affairs. Commission is paid gross and you must declare and pay any income tax or value-added tax that applies to you. We may require a valid tax number before making payment.
3. Healthcare professionals: no perverse incentives
This section is fundamental to the programme and we enforce it strictly.
Section 17 of the Ethical Rules of Conduct made under the Health Professions Act 56 of 1974, read with the HPCSA guidelines on perverse incentives and the National Health Act 61 of 2003, prohibits a registered healthcare practitioner from receiving or offering any payment, commission, benefit or other consideration for referring a patient, or in exchange for a patient using a particular service.
Accordingly:
- A person registered with the HPCSA, the South African Nursing Council, the South African Pharmacy Council or the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa may not earn commission through this programme in respect of any person who is, or becomes, their patient.
- A registered practitioner may not use their professional standing, consulting rooms, patient records, patient lists or clinical consultations to promote an ambassador code.
- A doctor who reviews VitaPrint Analyses for Longaevitas, or who is a member of a Longaevitas clinical team, may not participate in the Ambassador Programme at all.
- Where a registered practitioner wishes to make members aware of the platform, they may do so only without any commission and without any code attributable to them, and they must disclose any commercial interest they hold to the patient.
You must tell us before registering if you are a registered healthcare practitioner. Registering while concealing that fact, or earning commission in breach of this section, is a material breach: we will cancel the affected commissions, close the account, and where required report the conduct to the relevant professional council.
4. How commission is earned
You earn commission when a person who has not previously held a Longaevitas account purchases a VitaPrint Cycles subscription using your code, and again on each renewal of that subscription, at the rate published on the Ambassador page at the time of the qualifying event.
- Commission is not earned on single once-off cycles, gift codes, question top-ups, or any other purchase.
- Attribution runs on the referral code entered at checkout and on the tracking window published on the Ambassador page. Where two ambassadors could claim the same member, the code entered at checkout prevails.
- Commission is provisional until the validation period published on the Ambassador page has passed without refund, chargeback or cancellation. Refunded, charged-back or cancelled purchases reverse the commission.
- Payouts are made once your validated balance reaches the minimum payout threshold published on the Ambassador page, to the bank account you have verified with us.
- You may not earn commission on your own purchases, on purchases by members of your household, or through accounts you control.
5. Member discount
Your code entitles a new member to the ambassador discount published on the Ambassador page, applied to a VitaPrint Cycles subscription. The discount does not apply to a single once-off cycle. It is re-quoted at the rate current on each renewal date, and it cannot be combined with another discount.
6. How you may promote the platform
You must comply with the CPA, the Advertising Regulatory Board Code of Advertising Practice, the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965, the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972, and POPIA. In particular:
- Disclose clearly and up front, in every post, message or conversation, that you earn a commission. Use a visible disclosure such as "paid partnership" or "I earn a commission if you use my code".
- Never claim or imply that Longaevitas, a VitaPrint Analysis, a longevity plan or any supplement diagnoses, treats, prevents, cures or reverses any disease, or that it extends life.
- Never give medical advice, interpret anyone's results, or present yourself as clinically qualified unless you are, in which case section 3 applies to you.
- Never guarantee an outcome, a score, a Longaevitas Age or a biomarker improvement.
- Never share another person's health information, results or identity, even with their encouragement, and never upload contact lists to us.
- No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, no paid search bidding on "Longaevitas" or close variants, no fake accounts, no coupon or cashback sites, and no misrepresentation of our pricing.
- Use only the brand assets we supply, unaltered, and stop using them when this agreement ends.
7. Personal information
You act as an independent responsible party for any personal information you collect yourself. You may not use personal information obtained through employment, clinical practice or any other relationship to promote your code. We process your own details, referral activity and banking information to run the programme and to meet our tax and record-keeping duties, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change the commission rate, discount, validation period, tracking window or payout threshold on reasonable notice. Changes apply to qualifying events occurring after the notice takes effect and do not affect commission already validated.
Either party may end this agreement on written notice at any time. We may suspend your account immediately, withhold or reverse commission, and close your account where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral, misleading claims, a breach of section 3, or conduct that harms members or our reputation. Validated commission that is unaffected by the breach remains payable.
9. Liability and indemnity
You indemnify Longaevitas Health against any claim, penalty or loss arising from your promotional conduct, from any statement you make about the platform, or from your breach of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the commission validated and unpaid at the time the claim arises.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Questions: support@longaevitashealth.com.
