What is the VitaPrint Cycle?

Your VitaPrint Cycle brings together your health assessment, body metrics and longevity blood tests. Our doctors analyse them to create your VitaPrint and your personalised longevity and preventative care plan, and Vita helps you put it into action.

Each cycle begins with your health assessment, body metrics and longevity blood tests. These three pieces together give a far more complete picture than any one of them alone.

Longaevitas doctors then carry out your Doctor-led VitaPrint Analysis. You receive your VitaPrint, which includes your Longaevitas Age, Health System Scores, Longevity Risks and your Personalised Preventative Care Plan.

From there, Vita, your longevity co-pilot, supports you day to day, and you can add any of our programmes when the time is right.

When your next cycle begins, your latest health information is analysed again, so you can see what has improved and your plan evolves with you.

What is the Doctor-led VitaPrint Analysis?
It is the clinical heart of your VitaPrint. A Longaevitas doctor uses evidence-based longevity medicine to interpret your assessment, body metrics and biomarkers together, and turns them into personalised insights and recommendations.
Which blood tests are included?
Your longevity blood tests look across your heart, metabolism, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidneys, inflammation and key nutrients. Our doctors chose each marker because it tells you something meaningful about how you are ageing.
Do I need my own blood results?
No. We can retrieve recent results from your pathology laboratory for you, or arrange specialised longevity tests through our laboratory partner. The laboratory bills its own fee separately.
How long does it take to get my VitaPrint?
Once your blood results are in, our doctors get to work on your analysis, and we let you know the moment your VitaPrint is ready in your member dashboard.
Do I need a video call for my VitaPrint?
No. Your VitaPrint is completed around your schedule. You share your health information in your own time and our doctors do the rest, with no appointment to book.
How often should I do a VitaPrint Cycle?
We recommend a new cycle every six months. It is often enough to see real progress and catch changes early, without testing more than you need.
Is the biological age check free?
Yes. Your biological age check is completely free and unlocks wellness partner discounts. It is a quick estimate on its own; your VitaPrint Cycle is the paid service with your full doctor-led analysis and plan.
